My proudest achievement at Varo Bank was producing a customer testimonials series that culminated in a Customer Stories campaign. This was a huge undertaking for the entire company as it was the first through-the-funnel marketing campaign produced entirely in-house, and a cross-functional effort with brand strategy, creative, and all marketing divisions coming together. As the project lead I oversaw a budget that all teams contributed into, and facilitated all aspects of production: director search, customer outreach, casting, pre-production, production, post-production, asset management, and delivery. Additionally, I worked with third party risk management, compliance, legal, contracts, and finance to ensure the content captured had full clearance and could be used by a variety of teams.

With the help of incredible production partners, we were able to take a seemingly impossible budget and develop advertising content that told a cohesive story throughout the customer journey. This project delivered over 35 unique video deliverables for broadcast and OTT TV, paid and organic social, static assets for use across the website, email modules for use in lifecycle marketing, and banner ads for acquisition and growth marketing.
