Hi, I'm Namrata and I produce all sorts of things in all types of places for agencies and brands.

As a producer, I get to exercise the creative/imaginative side of my brain and also think analytically/strategically. The challenge in every assignment is finding the balance between all of these - and that's also what makes this job fun.

I am also an outspoken advocate for smart creative, promoting diverse representation in staff and the work we produce, as well as growth and support of all team members.

A proud graduate of the esteemed School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California, I try to continue the legacy of innovative storytelling through all mediums: broadcast, digital, social, and experiential.

I’m currently a freelance senior producer based in the San Francisco Bay Area but available across time zones.

Previously, I was lead producer and project manager at Varo Bank where I co-led a creative team of art directors, writers, designers, motion graphics artists, and editors. My past agency experience includes Venables, Bell & Partners, Saatchi & Saatchi, Rubin Postaer & Associates, and Team One. And I've worked on a variety of clients including Reebok, Frito-Lay, Facebook Oculus, 3M (Scotch tape, Post-it), Toyota, Southwest Airlines, Intuit QuickBooks, MillerCoors, ARCO and more.

If I’m not wrangling a production you can find me planning my next trip, frantically running in place at 11:30pm to meet an arbitrary step count for the day, or trying to develop the perfect Ranch dressing recipe.
